Agile Project Management Practitioner V3 (AgilePM®)
This APMG International & Agile Business Consortium (ABC) Agile Project Management Practitioner V3 Certification empowers, encourages and equips you with an in-depth knowledge of how to apply and implement the numerous AgilePM principles and techniques into the life of an Agile project.
This qualification is aimed at anyone with responsibility for leading a project who is looking to increase the agility of those projects in the face of Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity (VUCA) in their operating/market environment.
This Agile Project Management Practitioner Certification covers:
- Leadership Styles and emotional competencies that get results.
- Balancing real world needs, demands and constraints.
- Adopting an appropriate leadership style and effective empowerment.
- Shaping an appropriate Agile Team Structure with roles and responsibilities.
- Effective Communication and Collaboration
- Ensuring the AgilePM and Scrum events and practices are effectively enacted.
- Tailoring the approach to manage and mitigate Risk within a VUCA world.
- Ensuring Requirements management and estimation are effectively applied.
- Planning, Controlling and Governing the Agile Project.
This Agile Project Management Practitioner Certification is targeted at individuals who are, or will be, leaders of or having influence over an Agile project team including: Project Managers; Product Owners; line-of-business managers or leaders with responsibility for delivering business change; solution architects and other roles involved with ensuring quality, integrity and compliance of the business and technical solutions created by the project; and project management officers and any other roles with responsibility for governance of projects individually or as part of a programme or portfolio.

The Agile Project Management Practitioner exam is:
2.5 hours
Objective testing questions based on a case study scenario
5 sections of 16 marks each
Requires 50% (40 marks out of 80) to pass
Open book (The AgilePM v3 Handbook is only allowed)
CERTIFICATION OPTIONS
The Self-Study option is the most cost effective and flexible approach to learning and certifying in your chosen qualification.
This option includes:
- A student manual/workbook containing all of the information (and more) you need to learn and absorb in your chosen subject or qualification.
- Handouts or supplementary materials that summarise key course topics or provide overviews of the framework or methodology you have chosen.
- Practice examinations that enable you to gain insight into the questions styles and test-your live exam readiness (where applicable).
- Official e-books provided from the owners/creators of the qualifications (applies to specific qualifications).
- Access to a Fox ITSM coach who is not only fully qualified in your chosen qualification but also has practical industry experience.
- An Exam voucher from the appropriate Examination Institute that is valid for 1 year and enables you to take the examination online at a time and place convenient for you.

Team / Company events are for clients who have a group of 6 or more attendees who prefer to have a private course delivered:
- Online (e.g. via Zoom, Ms Teams), or
- In-person at your venue, or
- In-Person at one of our 5 star venues.

- The ability to enhance the knowledge and capabilities of your team or function within your unique context.
- Ability to collectively learn and ideate as a cohesive unit.
- Digital course material, assignments and mock exams will be provided (as required).
- A qualified and experienced Fox ITSM coach facilitating the course or workshop.
