Agile Business analysis Foundation Certification (AgileBA®)
This Agile Business Analysis Foundation (AgileBA) certification, accredited by the APMG International and created in conjunction with the Agile Business Consortium, is designed to give the Business Analyst the skills needed to successfully gather, analyse, validate and champion the requirements throughout an Agile project. The certification describes the most popular Agile approaches and uses the Agile Project Framework to take the Agile Business Analyst through the phases of an Agile project.
Agile Business Analysts are an integral part of the Agile team throughout the life of the project. They facilitate collaboration within the project team and across the business. In addition to their traditional skills of modelling and specification, the Agile Business Analyst requires new skills in collaboration, facilitation, leadership and coaching. They must adapt to new ways of eliciting, specifying and managing requirements.

The Agile Business Analysis Foundation guidance and certification are designed to benefit a wide range of roles including Business Analysts, Change Analysts, Project Managers, Scrum Product Owners/Managers, Systems Analysts and Agile Developers.
There are no pre-requisites for the Agile Business Analysis Foundation Certification.
The Agile Business Analysis Foundation qualification is based on a 40 minute closed-book examination of 50 multiple choice questions. The pass mark for this examination is 25/50 (50%) and Successful delegates will be awarded the internationally recognised AgileBA Foundation Certification. This qualification is a mandatory pre-requisite for the AgileBA Practitioner Certification.
CERTIFICTION OPTIONS
The Self-Study option is the most cost effective and flexible approach to learning and certifying in your chosen qualification.
This option includes:
- A student manual/workbook containing all of the information (and more) you need to learn and absorb in your chosen subject or qualification.
- Handouts or supplementary materials that summarise key course topics or provide overviews of the framework or methodology you have chosen.
- Practice examinations that enable you to gain insight into the questions styles and test-your live exam readiness (where applicable).
- Official e-books provided from the owners/creators of the qualifications (applies to specific qualifications).
- Access to a Fox ITSM coach who is not only fully qualified in your chosen qualification but also has practical industry experience.
- An Exam voucher from the appropriate Examination Institute that is valid for 1 year and enables you to take the examination online at a time and place convenient for you.

Team / Company events are for clients who have a group of 6 or more attendees who prefer to have a private course delivered:

- In-person at your venue, or
- In-Person at one of our 5 star venues.
