This ITIL Version 5 Foundation Bridge Certification (V5) is fully accredited with Peoplecert. It enables all ITIL 4 Foundation certification holders to transition to ITIL Version 5 Foundation in a seamless way.
ITIL is the acronym for the Information Technology Infrastructure Library comprising a set of best practices for managing digital products and services. It offers a practical framework that focuses on the identification, planning, delivery, and support of digital products and services of an organisation. Implementing ITIL 5 leads to greater visibility of costs, better asset utilisation, reduced costs, and higher customer satisfaction.
ITIL Version 5 enables you to understand a modern way to look at product and service management through as an example, the ITIL Service Value System (SVS). ITIL 5 offers an evolved view of a Service Value System (SVS) and provides a holistic end-to-end view of what it means to contribute to customer experience and capturing business value. It also integrates concepts from methods such as Organisational Change Management (OCM), Agile and Design Thinking.
The ITIL Version 5 Foundation Bridge Certification (v5) provides a solid grounding in the new ITIL 5 concepts and best practices, enabling individuals to understand and apply digital product and service management principles and best practices.
This ITIL 5 Foundation certification adheres with an accredited course syllabus and certification process governed by Peoplecert.

- Individuals seeking progress toward further ITIL 5 qualifications for which the ITIL 5 Foundation is a prerequisite.
Attendees who have an ITIL 4 Foundation Certification are eligible for the ITIL 5 Foundation Bridge Course and Certification.
The qualification is based on a 1-hour closed-book examination of 40 multiple choice questions. The pass mark required to certify is 26/40 (65%). Successful delegates will be awarded the ITIL 5 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
It is important that any interested parties to be aware that all ITIL training events are always and only offered together with the respective exam which is included in the training price.
YOUR CERTIFICATION OPTIONS

The Self-Study option is the most cost effective and flexible approach to learning and certifying in your chosen qualification.
This option includes:
- A student manual/workbook containing all of the information (and more) you need to learn and absorb in your chosen subject or qualification.
- Handouts or supplementary materials that summarise key course topics or provide overviews of the framework or methodology you have chosen.
- Practice examinations that enable you to gain insight into the questions styles and test-your live exam readiness (where applicable).
- Official e-books provided from the owners/creators of the qualifications (applies to specific qualifications).
- An Exam voucher from the appropriate Examination Institute that is valid for 1 year and enables you to take the examination online at a time and place convenient for you.
- Once you have finished studying you can book a 1 hour online personal Q&A session with a Fox ITSM coach. Your coach is not only fully qualified in your chosen qualification but also has practical industry experience.

Team / Company events are for clients who have a group of 6 or more attendees who prefer to have a private course delivered:
- Online (e.g. via Zoom, Ms Teams), or
- In-person at your venue, or
- In-Person at one of our 5 star venues.
Team / Company events include the following:
- Private training online, in-person at our venue or yours at anytime throughout the year. We’ll agree the dates with you and your team.
- The ability to enhance the knowledge and capabilities of your team or function within your unique context.
- Ability to collectively learn and ideate as a cohesive unit.
- Digital course material, assignments and mock exams will be provided (as required).
- A qualified and experienced Fox ITSM coach facilitating the course or workshop.
An examination voucher is included for every candidate enrolled through this option.
